“Be careful how you help people”- Comedian, Arole, advises Nigerian after being scammed by a man he met on a prayer mountain

Comedian, Bayegun Oluwatoyin aka Woli Arole has warned people to be careful of how they help those who claim they are in need.  He gave the advice after he was ripped off by someone he met on a prayer mountain who claimed he had his travel documents but only needed some money to buy his ticket.  Arole said he gave the money but that the person ended up using the money for something else. In his wordsIf you in the act of helping people, be careful how you help. Be led when you want to help. I finished a programme on the mountain one day and a guy came to meet me Woli I have my Visa, na travelling remain. You were the one who prayed for me. Your prayer dey work”Na trip remain. I don gather small money. I need like N200k. We love to help and so we gave this boy some money. He said Baba I am travelling. I am going tomorrow night’. A week later, we had another programme in Ibadan and decided to sit at an Amala joint.
