Activist, Omoyele Sowore, in shock after judge sentenced man to 15 strokes of the cane for f!ghting with a pr0stitute (video)

Activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore expressed shock after witnessing a young man being flogged inside a court in Abuja.  According to Sowore, the Wuse Chief Magistrate Court sentenced the young man to 15 strokes of the cane after the police accused him of fighting with a prostitute.
