Australia cancels Kanye West visa over ‘Heil Hitler’ song

Australia has cancelled US rapper Kanye Wests visa over his song glorifying Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, the government said Wednesday, July 2. Ye, 48, released Heil Hitler on May 8, the 80th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II. Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke said Kanye, whose wife Bianca Censori is Australian, has been coming to Australia for some time because he has family in the country. However, following the release of his song, his visa has been cancelled. Burke said: Hes made a lot of offensive comments.
