Former minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy Ohanenye has thanked President Bola Tinubu and Nigerians for the opportunity to serve the country.
Ohanenye is one of the five ministers Tinubu sacked on Wednesday.
In her first public reaction after her sack, Ohanenye, in a post on social media, described her over one-year service to the nation as a “privilege”
Tinubu sacked her alongside Lola Ade-John who served as the minister of tourism; Tahir Mamman as education minister, Abdullahi Gwarzo as Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development and Jamila Ibrahim as Youth Development.
But no reason was given for their removal from the cabinet.
