The Executive Chairman of Shira Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Abdullahi Belli And his Deputy, Adamu Bamaraya have been impeached by the local government legislative council.
Their impeachment was carried out by all the seventeen councillors representing various wards in the area.
The councillors immediately appointed the chairman of committee of councilors, Wali Adamu as Acting Chairman of the local government.
