Chelsea head coach, Enzo Maresca has insisted that Paris Saint-Germain is currently the best team in Europe and the world.
Maresca stated this while speaking at his pre-match interview ahead of the Blues’ Club World Cup final with PSG.
According to him, he has maximum respect for the French Ligue 1 champions, adding that he loves watching Luis Enrique’s side.
“I agree with most people that say PSG is the best team in Europe and world,” Maresca said via Chelsea’s website.
“The reason why is because they’re showing this in France, the [UEFA] Champions League and this competition [Club World Cup].
“We’ve maximum respect for them and I really enjoy watching them, but we’re here to do our best and to win the final.”
