Members of the Lagos state House of Assembly have condemned the heavy presence of security operatives from the Department of State security ( DSS) who stormed the complex on Monday where they tried to prevent members and speaker of the house, Rt. Hon. Mojisola Meranda from entering the chamber for plenary.

The members in a unanimous decision after the initial delay passed a vote of confidence on the speaker Mojisola meranda and called on the Director General of the DSS, to explain the reason for the invasion and also appealled to President Bola Tinubu and the National Assembly to investigate the incident .
