Edo Board Of Internal Revenue: Gov. Okpebholo Appoints Oladele Bankole-Balogun as Executive Chairman

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has appointed Oladele Bankole-Balogun as the Executive Chairman of the State Board of Internal Revenue.

The appointment was officially communicated in a letter signed by Secretary to the State Government, Musa Ikhilor.

Oladele Bankole-Balogun, who hails from Igarra, Akoko-Edo, obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Ibadan in 1984. He further pursued legal studies at the University of London where he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.

He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Law Society of England and Wales, the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Governor Okpebholo also nominated Idiake Patrick Akhimien representing Edo Central, Mike Ohio Ezomo representing Edo North, and Jackson Eribo representing Edo South as Executive Directors for the State Board of Internal Revenue.
