Current holders Manchester United will host Fulham in the last 16.
United needed a controversial late winner from Harry Maguire to see off Leicester City in the previous round.
Manchester City, who lost to United in last season’s final, will take on Plymouth after they avoided a massive upset against Leyton Orient.
Plymouth pulled off a shock 1-0 victory over Liverpool at Home Park on Sunday.
Aston Villa will face Cardiff, while Newcastle have been paired with Brighton.
The games will be played in the first weekend of March.
