FG Set To Establish National Values Brigade In All Schools..DG NOA

The Federal Government has announced plans to establish a National Values Brigade in all primary and secondary schools accross the country.

The director general of the National Orientation Agency, Lanre Issa-Onilu, made this known in Makurdi, Benue State’s capital,while unveiling other policies taken to help to raise model citizens among Nigerian children as ambassadors of values.

The on going nation wide sensitization on the national values charter and the national anthem by National Orientation Agency NOA comes to Benue State North central Nigeria with the Director General who was represented by the Director special duties and State operations leading the conversation here in Makurdi the State capital.

He speaks on providing a template for evaluating the real Nigerian character and several memoranda approved by the Federal Executive Council to achieve these goals.

The Director General equally discloses another compulsory component of the educational system for primary and secondary schools.

Amongst others the approval of the nationalisation of cartoon content in the country to break the dominance of foreign cartoons and promote our values as well as culture to encourage local cartoon content creators and boost job creation.
