Over two thousand persons with ear and hearing problems have benefited from a non governmental organisation’s health care services and support worth more than six billion Naira in Bauchi State.
The leader of the group, Olalekan Makinde said the gesture aims to transform the lives of teaming people with ear impairment in the North East Sub region.
Majority of the beneficiaries are students from the special education centre Bauchi who received free ear treatment as well as hearing aids from international non govermental organisation, Obasanjo foundation.

The organization ‘s team leader called on both the beneficiaries and their parents to handle the free hearing devices with care.
Some of the beneficiaries and their teachers Commended the foundation for the support praying Allah to reward them abundantly.
The Sound Intervention Mission 2024 tagged “So Nigerians May Hear” Over two thousand people are expected to benefit from the four day event in Bauchi state which is targeting no fewer than ten thousand people across the six states of the North East sub region.
