Helicopter Crash: Search Still Ongoing, No Additional Bodies Recovered- NNPC Ltd

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPC Ltd) has announced that, beyond the three bodies already recovered, no additional bodies have been found from Thursday’s Helicopter crash in Port Harcourt.

The Helicopter, operated by East Winds Aviation, crashed on Thursday.

NNPC Ltd’s Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, confirmed in a statement on Sunday that search and rescue operations is continuing for remaining passengers, alongside relevant authorities.

The NNPC Ltd reiterated its condolences to affected families, stating, “Once again, our hearts and prayers are with family members of this unfortunate incident.”
