Jigawa governor warns political appointees against indifference

Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, has cautioned political appointees against complacency, urging them to remain proactive in driving the state’s development agenda.
The governor issued the warning during a strategic meeting with his special advisers at the Council Chamber of the Government House in Dutse.
The meeting focused on key issues essential to the progress of Jigawa State.
“Your appointments are based on merit, you must therefore work hard in the discharge of your assigned responsibilities.
“This is another step towards reinforcing the administration’s developmental policies, ensuring tangible progress in achieving the ‘Greater Jigawa Vision’ as outlined in our 12-point agenda,” the governor said.
Namadi acknowledged the dedication and loyalty demonstrated by the advisers but stressed the need for even greater commitment.
He reaffirmed his administration’s stance on excellence, making it clear that a lackadaisical attitude would not be tolerated.
