Former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Lt. General Jeremiah Timbut Useni is dead.
The elder statesman passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the age of 82.
A source familiar with the development told ait.live that Jerry Boy, as he was fondly called among peers, had been battling ill health for some time.
The Plateau state government is expected to issue a formal statement on his death soon.
