Kano court sentences man to d3ath by hanging for k!lling his friend over cap

A Kano High Court sitting in Miller Road of Kano City has sentenced a man to d3ath by hanging after he was found guilty of the m8rder of his friend. The convict, Adamu IsmailaArzai, was charged to court sometime in 2016 after he was suspected to have st@bbed the deceased, Auwal Shehu Kabara, during a fistfight over a hat while on their way on a business trip to Bauchi. During the trial, prosecution counsel, Wahida Ismail, presented five witnesses and the accused defended himself. Delivering judgement, Justice Muhammad Musa Karaye, said it had been established beyond reasonable doubt that the offence was committed.  The post Kano court sentences man to d3ath by hanging for k!lling his friend over cap appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
