Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima has called on other state Governors to emulate their Akwa Ibom state counterpart, Governor Umo Eno for his human capital development efforts
Shettima said this at the launch of the ARISE Human Capital Development strategic plan in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom state capital.
It was the first official visit of Vice President Kashim Shettima to Akwa Ibom state and he was a Special Guest of Honour at the launch of the ARISE Human Capital Development Plan initiative of Governor Umo Eno.
Speaking at the event, Vice President Shettima said Governor Umo Eno’s human capital development programs are ahead of the rest of the country.

Shettima pointed out that the development plan is necessary to take care of current needs.
Governor Eno highlighted the efforts of his administration in human capital development.
The Vice President with Governor Eno joined by other key partners unveiled the HCD strategic plan.
There was also the symbolic presentation of clean cooking stove to some beneficiaries.
