A Nigerian man shared his experience of losing a bag containing his MacBook while in Kigali, Rwanda, only to recover it five hours later at the exact spot he left it. According to him, the cab driver confidently told him, If you are sure it came into Kigali, you will find it. True to his word, they returned to the airport and found the bag untouched. He noted that the driver kept praising Rwandas security system, insisting that they dont steal.
