Niger Delta Development : NDDC To Partner Ethnic Nationalities

The Niger Delta development commission NDDC, says it will continue to work closely with ethnic Nationalities within the Niger Delta region to promote peace and Developmet.

The managing director of the NDDC Samuel Ogbuku, stated this when the leadership of Ogbakor Ikwerre cultural organization worldwide visited the commissins’s headquarters in Port Harcourt.

This is the first visit of the leadership of the Ogbakor Ikwerre cultural organization worldwide to the NDDC, since it was established in year two thousand.

The president General of the Ogbakor Ikwerre cultural organization worldwide, Godspower Onuekwa, says their presence was to commend the board and management of the NDDC, over the steps taken so far to reposition the interventionist agency, and to seek the implementation of more people oriented policies and programmes within their area.

The managing director of the NDDC, Samuel Ogbuku, who thanked the group for the visit, said the commission is Willing to collaborate with them to move the region forward.

He also urged them to support president Bola Tinibu’s administration.

Highlight of the visit was the adoption of Samuel Ogbuku, the managing director of the NDDC as their son.
