Nigerian Army troops neutralize four bandits, capture one in Zamfara night raid

The Nigerian Army troops of Operation Fansan Yanma have neutralized four armed criminals and captured one suspect during a night operation in Nasarawa village, Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State.  Intelligence sources told security analyst, Zagazola Makama that the operation, which took place in the late hours of the night of February 10, 2025 and continued into the early hours of Monday morning, targeted a notorious hideout of bandits terrorizing the area. Among those killed was a well-known individual from Nasarawa village, who had long been suspected of involvement in criminal activities.  However, following credible intelligence, troops launched a decisive assault, engaging the bandits in a fierce battle.  Four of the criminals were neutralized, while another suspect was successfully captured and taken into custody for further investigation. This latest success is part of intensified efforts by the Nigerian Military to eliminate bandit groups operating in the region and restore peace to affected communities. The post Nigerian Army troops neutralize four bandits, capture one in Zamfara night raid appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
