NPFL: Ogunmodede names Adedayo Remo Stars’ Player of the Season

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, has picked midfielder Olamilekan Adedayo as the club’s Player of the Season.
Olamilekan scored the decisive goal that gave Remo Stars their first-ever Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, title in the 1-0 win over Niger Tornadoes on Sunday.
He has registered six goals for Remo Stars in this campaign.
“Yes and Yes,” Ogunmodede responded with smile on his face when asked about the player being the club’s best player of the campaign.
Ogunmodede however refused to comment on the team’s plans for next season.
He assured that the team will always be one step ahead of their achievements.
“I won’t like to talk about that for now. let me just enjoy the moment for now. Maybe next few weeks we can talk about that.
“But trust me, we will always be one step ahead of what we have always been, we can’t lose our guards as a club, the structure we have tried to lay will always be.”
