Okoronkwo scoops AFC Toronto’s Player of the Month

Super Falcons striker, Esther Okoronkwo, has won AFC Toronto’s Player of the Month award for May, DAILY POST reports.
Okoronkwo, 23, was on target three times in four league outings for Marko Milanovic’s side.
The forward scored twice in AFC Toronto’s opening day win over Calgary Wild FC.
It was the club’s first-ever victory in the Canadian Northern Super League.
Okoronkwo also netted once against Montreal FC.
She joined AFC Toronto in February 2025 after leaving Chinese club Changchun Dazhong Zhuoyue.
