Super Eagles defender, Semi Ajayi set to leave West Brom

Nigeria international defender, Semi Ajayi is expected to part ways with West Bromwich Albion at the end of the current season.Ajayis contract with the Championship side is set to expire this summer, and the club is reportedly prepared to let him leave on a free transfer.The 31-year-old joined West Brom from Rotherham United in 2019, initially signing a four-year deal. He later extended his contract in May 2022.During his time with the Baggies, Ajayi made 169 league appearances and scored 12 goals. A product of the Arsenal Academy, he has been a consistent presence in the clubs backline. Ajayi has also enjoyed a solid international career.
