“The fluctuations are scary. You’ll think you made profit until you go to market to restock” Nigerians react as businesswoman shares frustrations

A businesswoman has shared her frustrations over the regular increase in price of goods. She took to X on Monday, Nov. 11, to write: “On Saturday I supplied 50 cartons of Malta Guinness for N13,500. My gain per carton was N500. Meaning I profited N25k. “Today I went for restock and they’re telling me it’s now N15k cost price per carton. Meaning I will add extra 75k to restock the 50cartons. Economic reforms una.”  She added: “The fluctuations are scary. You’ll think you made profits until you go to market to restock.”  X users left comments, lamenting about the same issue.  The post “The fluctuations are scary.
