Three arrested for flogging salesgirl suspected of theft in Lagos boutique (photo)

The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of three suspects linked to the ass@ult and molest@tion of a young lady at Don Maserati Classic Boutique on Lagos Island in the State. A video that went viral over the weekend showed the men flogging the salesgirl who was accused of theft at the boutique. The Police, however, said it was making efforts to arrest others involved in the assault while it was also making efforts to establish contact with the victim. The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Lagos State Police Command, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest of the as@ulters through his official handle on X (formerly Twitter). Three suspects have been arrested, while efforts are on to apprehend other suspects and establish contact with the victim.
