Galatasaray have identified Super Eagles goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye, to man their goal post next season.
The Turkish side are already on the brink of sealing a deal for Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen.
Maduka is currently facing scrutiny, as he is being accused of alleged betting fraud in a Serie A fixture against Lazio on March 11, 2024.
Okoye, who left Watford for Udinese in the summer of 2023, has become a standout performer for the Italian side since arriving the club.
The Nigeria International kept ten clean sheets in 48 appearances across all competitions for the Serie A side last season.
Galatasaray sees the Nigerian as a long-term successor to Fernando Muslera.
They have already initiated contact with the Italian side to assess Okoye’s availability.
Italian outlet Calcio reports that Udinese have slapped a €15 million on their goalkeeper.
