Wendy Williams aces psychiatrists ‘capacity test’

Wendy Williams has taken a significant step toward regaining her independence after undergoing a psychiatric evaluation that confirmed her mental capacity is fully intact. Sources close to the situation revealed that Williams scored a perfect 10 out of 10 on a “capacity test,” a psychiatric exam designed to assess her awareness and orientation. She answered all ten questions correctly. The evaluation took place on Monday, March 10, at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where a psychiatrist examined Williams. The results contrast sharply with claims made by her court-appointed guardian, who has argued in legal documents that her condition is deteriorating. Williams was previously diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, a diagnosis she has publicly disputed. However, Mondays examination was not conducted to reassess that diagnosis. The test results are expected to be submitted to the judge overseeing Williams guardianship case. In a separate development, officers from the NYPD visited Williams on Monday to investigate concerns about her well-being and determine if she is being held in restrictive conditions. Additionally, Adult Protective Services has launched an investigation into her situation. The post Wendy Williams aces psychiatrists ‘capacity test’ appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
