Wife asks Kwara court to beg husband not to divorce her

A woman, Mariam Alagbede on Tuesday asked the Area Court, Centre-Igboro, Ilorin, Kwara state, to beg her husband, Muhammed Bashir, not to divorce her.   Alagbede of Idiape village, Ogidi Area, Ilorin, said that she was still interested in the marriage. I dont want divorce. Please sir, help me beg him to forgive me for anything I might have done wrong,” she said.   Earlier, the husband told the court that he married his wife three years ago, but hes now tired of the marriage due to lack of love and his wifes non-submissiveness. The presiding Judge, Toyin Aluko, advised the wife to explore possible ways within the two families to settle the misunderstandings between them. The court adjourned the case until January 14, for a report on the settlement efforts. The post Wife asks Kwara court to beg husband not to divorce her appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
