Zamfara Gov. Lawal Inspects Ongoing Gusau International Airport Construction, Other Projects

Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal has expressed satisfaction with the level, quality, speed of work on the ongoing construction of the Gusau International Airport, which includes the Runway and Terminal building.

Governor Lawal said this after the inspection of ongoing People’s Centre projects, which his administration initiated to improve the state’s economy and living standards of the people.

The governor first visited the ongoing construction of the Gusau International Airport where he expresses satisfaction with the level and quality of work done so far, and hopeful that the runway will be ready before the commencement of the 2024 hajj operation.

After the inspection of the International Airport, Governor Dauda Lawal proceeded to inspect the Ongoing construction of Zawiyya township Road, Gold City FM, Gusau Ultra – modern Motor Park, the renovation of Second component of JB Yakubu State Secretariat, Old Market Road to Nasiha Chemist Junction, Zamfara College of Arts and Science (ZACAS), and Government Science Secondary School, Gada Biyu.

The inspection is part of Governor Dauda Lawal’s approach to ensuring the quality of work and timely delivery of projects across the State.
