Former Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, says the cabals around President Bola Tinubu are more ambitious than those that were around former President Muhammadu Buhari. While speaking on Channels Televisions Politics Today on Tuesday, January 7, Dalung, who served under Buharis government, shared insights into the power dynamics he observed during his tenure. He likened Buharis situation to that of a stranger in his own government. Dalung drew comparisons between the two administrations, stating that while the cabals around Buhari were less educated and primarily focused on narrow interests, those surrounding Tinubu were far more sophisticated and ambitious. Buharis government had a cabal, but President Bola Tinubus cabal is made up of sophisticated and ambitious people with a long history in power. They are experienced and educated,” he said He warned that Tinubu might face greater challenges than Buhari due to the cabals expertise and ambitions. Nigerians should understand when discussions about cabals are raised.
